Who do you work with?
Founders, personal brands and small-to-mid-sized businesses, mostly in the US, UK and EU. Most find us through Clutch.
Is the work done by people?
Yes. Senior designers develop every concept. We use modern tools to move faster, never to replace thinking.
Can you work across time zones?
Yes. We work with clients in the US, UK and EU every day and schedule calls at times that suit you.
Can you redesign our existing brand?
Yes. Many projects are rebrands. We keep what’s working and fix what isn’t.
Pricing & payment
Why fixed prices?
You know the total before we start. Only Brand care, our ongoing design support, is billed by the hour.
What are the payment terms?
Branding and Website Essential: paid in full upfront. Website Signature: 50% upfront, 50% on completion. Brand care: paid monthly in advance.
How does Brand care work?
$50 per hour, minimum 50 hours a month ($2,500), paid in advance. Extra hours that month are billed at the same $50 rate.
What if I need more revisions?
Extra rounds or anything outside the agreed scope is quoted before we do it. No surprise invoices.
Process & timelines
How long does branding take?
2–3 weeks for Essential, 3–4 weeks for Signature.
How long does a website take?
4–6 weeks for Essential, 6–8 weeks for Signature, depending on how fast content and feedback come back.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds on branding and Website Essential, three on Website Signature.
What do you need from me?
A 60–90 minute strategy workshop, one decision-maker for feedback, and any existing files or logins.
Websites
Which platforms do you use?
WordPress and Webflow, plus Shopify on Website Signature.
Do you write the copy?
Yes. Copywriting for up to 5 or 10 pages is included.
What happens after launch?
10 or 30 days of support depending on the package. After that, many clients move to Brand care for ongoing design.
