SeekThem provides design and branding services to individuals and businesses. Our services may include but are not limited to logo design, brand identity development, graphic design, web design, and marketing collateral creation.

Clients engaging with SeekThem for services agree to provide accurate and timely information necessary for project completion. This includes providing clear briefs, feedback, and any materials required for project execution.

Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for services rendered by SeekThem. Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in the project proposal or contract.

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and designs, developed by SeekThem during the course of a project belong to SeekThem until full payment has been received from the client.

SeekThem agrees to treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

SeekThem shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our Services.

Either party may terminate a project or contract with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad.

SeekThem reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
