• Client Initiated Cancellations: Clients may terminate services at any time by providing written notice to SeekThem Private Limited. The cancellation will take effect upon receipt of the notice.
• Company Initiated Cancellations: SeekThem Private Limited reserves the right to cancel services at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, non-payment, violation of terms, or project scope changes.

Our policy does not include provisions for refunds.

• Design Revisions: Clients are entitled to a specified number of design revisions, as outlined in their agreement with SeekThem Private Limited. Additional revisions may incur additional fees, as detailed in the corresponding document.
• Design Rejections: If a client rejects the delivered design and chooses not to proceed with the project, they may not qualify for a refund, and SeekThem Private Limited retains ownership of the completed work up to that point.

SeekThem Private Limited shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under this policy if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of war, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
