To gauge the impact of Follow the Camino’s redesign, we focused on three key performance indicators (KPIs):

  1. Engagement: We prioritized enhancing the user experience to ensure visitors could discover relevant travel packages within the initial moments of their browsing session. Our team meticulously organized travel deals based on customer segments, aligning with their browsing habits.
  2. Brand Positioning: Recognizing that a travel website serves as a reflection of service quality, our redesigned website for Follow the Camino emphasized a premium brand position. The aesthetic appeal was a focal point, aligning with design trends of the 2023s while maintaining a simple and user-friendly interface.
  3. Performance Metrics: Post-redesign, we evaluated the website’s performance through key metrics, providing insights into its effectiveness. This included assessing factors such as user engagement, cart abandonment rates, and customer retention, showcasing the positive impact of the redesign.
